I love the design of these - its like they took a full-size American luxury sedan and just hit it with a shrink ray, scaling it down perfectly while preserving all the proportions and design cues of the original. Shows that a car doesn’t have to be gigantic to still have presence.

Always wanted to take one of these old Japanese cars that looks like a smaller American classic car and modify it in the style of an American hotrod/custom car, but with Japanese tuner car parts. Like, this Mitsubishi with a 2JZ or something would be great. Or a Mitsubishi 8A8 engine so it has a V8, but I can’t seem to find much information online about tuning 8A8 engines...
